How much do your services cost?
Our agency fee ranges from 5% to 10%, depending on the type, complexity, and budget of the event. Each quote is customized to ensure maximum transparency and clarity.
Do I have to pay the suppliers separately?
No, we handle the management and payment of all involved suppliers. You will receive a single summary invoice, simplifying the accounting process and lightening your workload.
If I ask for a quote and then don’t confirm, do I have to pay anything?
No, the quote is free and without obligation. However, to provide tailored solutions, we ask that you contact us only if you are genuinely interested in collaborating.
How are deposits and payments handled?
We require an initial deposit to confirm the booking of the venue and key suppliers. Subsequent payments are agreed upon based on the event timeline, always with maximum transparency.
Can you help us find the location?
Yes, we will propose a selection of venues that match your needs and budget. You can choose your top 2-4 locations, and we will accompany you on site visits to help you make the final choice.
Do you organize events only in certain cities or throughout Italy?
We organize events across Italy and also abroad, thanks to our network of partners and suppliers.
Do you offer Catering and Bar Catering services?
Yes, we have an in-house Catering and Bar Catering division, providing customized solutions for every type of event. This allows us to ensure high quality and direct control over the entire food & beverage experience.
Can you also handle audio, video, and lighting services?
Yes, we work with trusted technical partners and can take care of audio, video, lighting, and stage design. We offer cutting-edge solutions to ensure an extraordinary visual and sound impact.
Can I customize my event in every detail?
Absolutely! Customization is one of our strengths. From the creative concept to additional services (catering, setups, entertainment, branding), everything can be tailored to your specific needs.
How far in advance should I contact you to organize an event?
The lead time depends on the type and complexity of the event. In general, we recommend contacting us at least 2-3 months in advance. For more complex events or during peak season, it’s better to make the request as early as possible.
How soon will I receive the quote?
After the initial call, we will send you a preliminary proposal with location options and initial service ideas within 48 hours. Once the locations are selected, we will send you a detailed quote in Excel format within 5 business days.
